We can continue calling ourselves by old titles wh We can continue calling ourselves by old titles when we haven’t completed a self-inventory. 

This can mean telling others or yourself that you struggle with speaking up for yourself, even though you’ve been able to assert yourself in 80% of circumstances. 

Perfection isn’t the ending, progress is. The titles change as soon as progress starts. Progress starts as soon as you say so. 

Stop clocking into your old titles; they are no longer paying you.

Are you altering your happiness due to thoughts shared by others? 

In most cases our gut is telling us what feels good to us, what sparked joy.  At times, your joys won’t equate to theirs and that’s okay. Be sure enough to keep your joys and not erase them for others. 

In other cases our gut has been dormant and we are trying to figure out what happiness is. So, we tend to pick up thoughts from others. During this time allow thoughts or ideas that continue to fall, lay. Explore yourself and unpack trauma to awaken your intuition/ gut. In time your happiness will write itself, if you choose.
